Superstar rapper Cardi B has been announced as the final headliner at this year‘s Longitude Festival.

It‘s a fitting announcement by organisers as she was scheduled to appear last year but was forced to cancel after announcing she was expecting her first child and would have been in the late stages of her third trimester at the time she was due to perform. She will co-headline with Future.

In addition to the Money hitmaker, 12 new acts have also been added to this summer‘s event, including Anne-Marie, Vince Staples, Gunna, Trippie Redd, Flatbush Zombies, AJ Tracey, JPEGMAFIA, J.I.D, Jimothy, H.E.R. & Joey Purp.

A$AP Rocky will headline on Friday, July 5, Chance the Rapper on Saturday, July 6 and Cardi B with Future on Sunday, July 7. Brockhampton, Rae Sremmurd, Lil Uzi Vert, Juice Wrld, adn Amine are also among the line-up to play across the weekend of July 5 to 7 at Marlay Park, Dublin.

Irish act Versatile, who sold out their Friday June 21 date at Live at the Marquee already, will also perform after a rousing set last year.

Tickets, which start at €79.50 for a day pass up to €199.50 for a weekend ticket, go on sale this Friday, February 1 at 9am and are available from Ticketmaster outlets.
