Manchester City are looking to sign full-back Ben Chilwell this summer, according to .
is looking to strengthen his side’s left-back position as Benjamin Mendy continues to struggle with injuries and fitness.
The Frenchman joined the reigning champions 18 months ago but he has only gone on to make 18 appearances so far.
Fabian Delph, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Danilo have filled in during Mendy’s absence, but Guardiola is keen to bring in a more natural option.
And Chilwell, who attracted attention from Man City in the summer, is said to still be on the Spaniard’s radar.
The 22-year-old has put in a string of impressive performances for the Foxes since properly breaking into the first team back in 2015.
He’s also made a name for himself under Gareth Southgate recently in the England set up, making five appearances since his debut against Switzerland in September.
However, a deal looks unlikely to be done this month with Man City opting to wait until the summer to try and bring the defender to the club.
